Control Room​

What's New?​

  • Introducing Process Instances Views to make your monitoring of process instances more easier. Currently supports two views: My Processes and All Processes.

Improvement​

  • Extended Lists to support Everyone permission.
  • Extended Base Permissions to support Delete owned email templates and Delete other users' email templates as new permissions.
  • Extended Maintainer Role permissions to view and share all processes within the Control Room.

Bug Fixes​

  • Smart Buddy owner cannot view the jobs posted to his Buddy by any other user.
  • The controls under My Preferences page are improperly aligned.
  • Dynamic Buddy assignment for jobs isn't working.
  • Incorrect processes are displayed as part of My Processes and Shared with Me views.

BPA Designer​

Improvement​

  • Enhanced BPA Designer will now add the suffix Read-Only to the process name in the heading when opening any process in View mode.

Bug Fixes​

  • Out-of-memory exception after using the BPA Designer for a long period.
  • The Datasource filter displays incorrect entries in the results list.
  • Process count exceeded error displayed even when sufficient process count exists as part of the active Subscription.
  • When attempting to bind an empty form with a Datasource, it results in an unrecoverable error.
  • Activity connectors inside the designer canvas are missing when a draft process is closed and reopened for editing.
