These AI Terms apply to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities provided within IB-X. They supplement the general Terms of Use and govern the use of AI-powered features, including AI Agents, Conversational Agents, Voice Agents, Knowledge Ingestions, and other AI-assisted services.
AI-Generated Content
Responses, recommendations, summaries, translations, and other content generated by AI are produced automatically based on the information available to the AI model at the time of the request.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information and should not be considered authoritative without appropriate verification.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before using them for business, operational, legal, financial, medical, or regulatory purposes.
IB-X is designed to assist users and should not replace professional judgment.
Knowledge Accuracy
The quality and accuracy of AI responses depend largely on the information made available through your configured Knowledge Ingestions, enterprise systems, and other connected data sources.
Incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate source information may affect AI-generated responses.
AI Hallucinations
Like all generative AI systems, IB-X may occasionally generate responses that are inaccurate, misleading, or unsupported by the available knowledge.
Users should verify important information before acting upon it.

AI capabilities provided by IB-X do not constitute legal, financial, medical, accounting, compliance, or other professional advice.
Appropriate professionals should always be consulted where required.
Data Usage
AI features process only the information necessary to generate responses or perform requested tasks.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted to AI features complies with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data protection laws.
Sensitive Information
Customers should avoid submitting confidential, regulated, or sensitive information to AI features unless appropriate security controls and organizational policies permit such use.
Human Oversight
IB-X supports Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) scenarios where users may review, approve, or reject AI-generated outputs before business actions are executed.
Customers are encouraged to implement appropriate review processes for critical business operations.
AI Decision Making
Unless explicitly configured by the customer, AI-generated recommendations should not be considered automated business decisions.
Final decisions remain the responsibility of the customer and its authorized users.
Third-Party AI Models
IB-X may utilize AI models developed by IntelliBuddies or third-party providers.
The capabilities, availability, and behavior of these models may change over time as newer models become available.
Continuous Improvement
AI capabilities within IB-X may evolve through model updates, prompt improvements, and product enhancements.
As a result, responses generated by the same request may vary over time.
Availability of AI Features
Certain AI capabilities may depend on external AI providers or cloud services.
Temporary service interruptions, maintenance, rate limits, or provider availability may affect AI functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntelliBuddies is not responsible for decisions, actions, or losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content without appropriate human review.

By using the AI capabilities within IB-X, you acknowledge that you understand these AI Terms and agree to use AI features responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, organizational policies, and the general IB-X Terms of Use.
