This data is processed strictly based on customer-defined automation logic.

Automatically Generated Information​

IB-X Platform Data Processing​

IB-X functions as an automation execution platform, where:

  • Users define workflows (“Agents”)
  • IB-X executes these workflows on behalf of users
  • Data processing is fully controlled by user-defined logic

  • ✔ No independent decision-making on customer data

Google API Data Usage​

  • IB-X integrates with Google APIs, including Google Drive and Google Sheets, to enable user-defined automation workflows.
  • Access to Google user data is granted only after explicit user consent through Google OAuth authorization.
  • IB-X accesses and processes Google user data solely for the purpose of executing automation workflows initiated and configured by the user. This includes actions such as creating, reading, or updating files that the user has explicitly authorized or that the application creates on the user's behalf.
  • Access is limited to files created by IB-X or files that the user explicitly selects or authorizes.
  • IB-X does not access Google user data in the background without user-initiated actions.
  • IB-X does not access or process Google user data beyond what is necessary to perform these user-defined operations.
  • IB-X does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purposes, and does not sell or share this data with third parties except as required to provide the requested functionality.
  • All access tokens and credentials are securely stored and managed, and access is restricted to the authorized user context.
  • Users may revoke access to their Google account at any time through their Google account permissions.

Data Sharing and Disclosure​

We do not sell or rent personal or customer data.

We may share data only in the following cases:

  • With service providers supporting platform operations

  • To protect rights, security, or integrity

All third parties are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security.
