Delete Record

Description​

This Activity deletes the specified Record from the selected Salesforce Entity.

Note: This activity can only be used inside Salesforce Context activity.

The body of this Activity provides a drop-down to select the record type. It will list all the Entities supported by your Salesforce Application. You can optionally specify the criteria to delete the records from the specified Salesforce Entity using the Filter Button.

Note: If no filters are specified, the Activity will delete all the records from the selected Salesforce Entity.

Input​

  • Record Type - Type of the record.

Misc​

  • DisplayName – The display name of the Activity.

  • Private – If selected, the variables and argument values will no longer be logged at the Verbose level.

Optional​

  • Continue On Error – It Specifies whether the automation should continue even when the Activity throws an error. If True, the Activity continues without throwing any exceptions. If False, the Activity throws an exception. The default value is False.
    note

    Catches no error if this Activity is present inside the Try-Catch block and the value of this property is True.
