Create Folder

Description

Creates a remote folder. An existing folder is returned without modification.

Prerequisites

Create and test a SFTP connection with access to the remote paths used by the activity. Paths identify locations on that server, not on the workflow host.

Shared settings

Select Connection Name. Use Process Data for dynamic path values. Configure execution control and On Error as required.

Inputs

Property	Description
Remote Path	Required folder path, for example /reports/2026/october.
Create Missing Directories	Creates missing parent directories. Default: True.

Outputs

Folder: reference to the created or existing folder.

Example

Set Remote Path to /reports/2026/october and enable Create Missing Directories. Bind Folder to a compatible destination-folder input.
