Get Entities

Description​

This Activity retrieves one or more QuickBooks Online entities of the specified Entity type matching the specified criteria.

note

This Activity can only be used inside QuickBoooks Online Context Activity.

  • Specify the entity type from the drop-down
  • You can optionally specify the Filter criteria to get the entities from the selected QuickBooks Online Entity Type.

If no filters are specified, the Activity will get all the entities from the QuickBooks Entity Type.

  • DisplayName – The display name of the Activity.

  • Private – Logs the variable and argument values at the Verbose level when unchecked.

Output​

  • Entities - Returns one or more entities satisfying the specified criteria.
