Designer Main Toolbar

Overview​

The main toolbar provides access to perform various operations on the process resources as listed below:

File Group​

  • Save - Save the current active resource.
  • Save All - Save all the opened resources.
  • Add Form - Add a new form resource to the current process. It will open Form Designer to allow you to design the new Form.

Main Toolbar Other Menu Options​

Below is a list of additional operations available in the main toolbar you can perform on the process resources:

Undo RedoUndo RedoYou can undo and redo the current session operations.
Zoom In OutZoom In OutIt provides different zoom options for viewing the process. You can Zoom In, Out and To Fit the workflow at the designer panel.
GridlinesGridlinesYou can toggle the gridlines.
Expand/Collapse AllExpand CollapseYou can expand and collapse all the activities in the designer panel.
Publish processPublishYou can publish the current process to the Control Room. The publication will result in the creation of a new version of the process inside the Control Room. You can provide the appropriate notes for the version published.
ExportExportYou can export the complete workflow designed in the designer panel as an image.
