Introduction
Account Manager is the IntelliBuddies License Manager for IB-X Subscriptions. Use it to configure licensed products, features, activities, limits, and IB-X Currency; obtain serial keys; and manage license activation and deployment history.
The customer-facing portal is being developed as a separate billing module. These pages cover license management. Customer registration, purchasing, billing, and support-ticket workflows are outside this guide.
Get started
- Access the License Manager using your authorized credentials.
- Review the IB-X SKU catalog to identify the entitlements required for your SaaS or on-premises deployment.
- Configure an IB-X Subscription and submit it for approval.
- Obtain the approved subscription’s serial key and follow the activation guidance for deployments that require activation.
Use Manage your Licenses to update license allocations, renew license validity, and monitor deployments. For software installation, follow the Installation Overview.
