IB-X Subscription and Licensing
An IB-X Subscription combines the products, features, activities, limits, and managed-service currency required for your deployment. A SKU is an item you can select in the subscription. Use the catalog below to choose your requirements before creating a subscription.
Subscriptions
Select the quantities and capabilities needed for your organization. Availability depends on whether your deployment is SaaS or on-premises. Configure license validity and entitlements according to your approved subscription terms.

A Local Agent Tool top-up increases its licensed count in an existing IB-X Subscription. It does not add another AI Command Center.

Activity SKUs
Select an activity SKU below to open its category documentation. Voice Chat links to the voice capabilities guide. Select the activity SKUs required by your automations. An activity entitlement and managed-service consumption are separate: activities that use managed Integration Gateway services also require IB-X Currency.
Limit SKUs

| Deployments | 1, 2, or 3 | Select the required deployment count. A value of 3 means three subscriptions: one each for Production, Staging, and Development. |
For multiple deployments, confirm the environment allocation and SKU quantities for each subscription with your IntelliBuddies contact. The Deployments value does not change the fixed count of one AI Command Center per subscription.
IB-X Currency SKU
IB-X Currency is measured in $ and pays for managed services consumed through Integration Gateway. Associate the currency allocation with the IB-X Subscription used by your automation. Supported services consume the shared pool according to usage and applicable rates.
To add currency:
- Open the relevant IB-X Subscription and follow the top-up procedure.
- Select IB-X Currency, if available, and specify the required amount in $.
- If the SKU is unavailable or you need help choosing an amount, contact your IntelliBuddies contact to arrange the currency allocation for the subscription.
- After approval, follow Gateway setup and review usage and troubleshooting.

Manage your IB-X Subscription
Use the license management guide to create a subscription, add Local Agent Tool licenses or currency, renew, activate, and monitor your deployment. Contact your IntelliBuddies contact for changes to feature, activity, limit, or deployment requirements.
