DetailValue
Toolkit version1.0.0
Publication date15 October 2026
ToolsAWS CLI, compatible kubectl, Helm 3.8+, Bash and required utilities
Operator environmentsLinux, macOS, WSL, Git Bash, or configured CloudShell
Application computeLinux amd64; ARM/Graviton application nodes are not supported by the supplied images
Release selectionUse the image release and chart version supplied by IntelliBuddies; sample tags in documentation are illustrative
Chart deliveryOCI artifact retrieved from the IntelliBuddies registry and mirrored into customer ECR

The four scripts and configuration templates provide the tooling needed to follow this deployment method. The README, installation/operations guide, architecture diagrams, and manifest are supporting references. The archive is named AICC-EKS-Package.zip and extracts into AICC-EKS-Package, matching the installation commands.

Platform compatibility

The toolkit version identifies the deployment scripts, templates, and guide independently of the AICC platform and Helm chart versions.

Toolkit versionTarget AICC platform releaseApproved Helm chart versionCompatibility status
1.0.08.3.121Pending Engineering confirmationAWS deployment validation pending

Before deployment, obtain the exact image tags and chart version approved by IntelliBuddies for AICC 8.3.121. Container images carry their own tags and digests in the registry; the OCI Helm chart has its own version. Registry availability alone does not establish compatibility. Record the tested combination and image digests in your deployment record.

Toolkit versions follow MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH: increment PATCH for compatible fixes or documentation corrections, MINOR for compatible functionality, and MAJOR for breaking command, configuration, or deployment changes. A toolkit update does not automatically change the platform or chart version.

What you need separately

RequirementHow it is provided
Approved image release and chart versionSupplied by IntelliBuddies for the intended IB-X release
Registry project and access credentialsSupplied through the agreed secure release-delivery process
Application images and OCI Helm chartRetrieved by the mirroring script and copied into customer ECR
LicenseSupplied separately by IntelliBuddies
AWS infrastructure and dependenciesProvisioned by the customer according to the prerequisites
Environment values and SecretsPrepared by the customer during installation

The toolkit does not contain licensed application images, a chart archive, customer credentials, master keys, or populated environment values. Use the included PDF guide and portal instructions for this toolkit version.

The PDF opens without a password and requests that compatible readers disallow document modification and annotations. Printing and copying commands remain enabled. PDF permissions discourage casual editing; they are not tamper-proof protection. Deployment scripts and configuration templates remain editable so customers can configure their environment.

Verify and extract

Download the ZIP and checksum into the same directory. On Linux:

sha256sum -c AICC-EKS-Package.zip.sha256

On macOS, use shasum -a 256 -c AICC-EKS-Package.zip.sha256. In PowerShell:

$expectedHash = ((Get-Content -LiteralPath './AICC-EKS-Package.zip.sha256') -split '\s+')[0]
$actualHash = (Get-FileHash -LiteralPath './AICC-EKS-Package.zip' -Algorithm SHA256).Hash
if ($actualHash -ne $expectedHash) { throw 'Deployment package checksum mismatch' }

Extract the package, open a supported Bash terminal, and change into its root folder:

unzip AICC-EKS-Package.zip
cd AICC-EKS-Package
chmod +x scripts/*.sh

Toolkit contents

FilePurpose
README.txtToolkit version, contents, and entry point
AICC-EKS-Installation-Guide.pdfInstallation, verification, operations, troubleshooting, and both architecture diagrams
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txtReferences to separately acquired dependencies and their terms
package-manifest.jsonSource archive identity and script checksums
config/values-eks.yamlEnvironment values template; copy before editing
config/storageclass-efs.yamlEFS access-point StorageClass template
config/images.txtArtifact inventory and image/chart version conventions
scripts/aicc-mirror-to-ecr.shMirror six application images, Redis, and OCI chart into ECR
scripts/aicc-preflight.shPrerequisite checks; optional database check creates a diagnostic Pod
scripts/aicc-eks.shInstall, upgrade, status, rollback, logs, restart, reset saved setup, uninstall
scripts/aicc-backup.shArchive selected configuration/document paths and release metadata

Every script accepts --help. Preserve the template's one-line image-tag entries with this script revision. Preflight/status are diagnostic checks, not substitutes for deployment acceptance. Configuration backup excludes databases, Secrets, S3, and other EFS paths. Restart targets all matching release deployments and can interrupt Redis messaging and voice sessions.

Keep the toolkit version, original edited values, image tags, and chart version in your deployment record. Do not store credentials in the downloaded templates or commit populated secret material to source control.

Dependency approval

The toolkit acquires third-party software separately. Record approved dependency versions/digests and applicable licenses with the release. In particular, redis:7-alpine is a floating tag, not a fixed version or license statement. Review the exact Redis image used by the approved IB-X release against Redis licensing information. Notices in the toolkit do not replace any applicable agreement or distribution requirements.
