IntelliBuddies Client Tools - System Requirements
This page displays hardware and Software requirements to deploy IntelliBuddies Client Components for both Enterprise and Professional Editions.
Hardware Requirements

Software Requirements
Operating System
IntelliBuddies Client Components are currently supported on the following Operating Systems:
- Windows 7
- Windows 8
- Windows 10
- Windows Server 2016 (Standard or Enterprise)
- Windows 10 Pro
- Windows Server 2019 (Standard or Enterprise)
Browsers (for web automation)
- Google Chrome – 88 or above ((Official Build) (64-bit))
note
- IntelliBuddies Chrome Extension must be deployed on the machine running web automation activities.
- In the case of Web Installer, you can find the Chrome Extension has a separate package and can be installed on any system
- In the case of Offline or MSI Installer, the IntelliBuddies® Chrome Extension is bundled in the Client Tools installer.
- Please note that you need to close all instances of Google Chrome while installing the Chrome Extension, so be sure to save any pending work.
Software Frameworks
- .Net Framework – 4.8 or above (.NET Framework 4.8.04084 / .NET Framework 4.7.03190 / .NET Framework 4.7.03062 )
- Microsoft VC++ Redistributables (both x64 and x86) - Version 2017 and above. Download
Python
You might need to install Python on the system to utilize some of the Machine Learning activities. You can follow the Python Installation instructions to download, install, and configure Python on your system.
