AI Command Center - Upgrade Installation (Windows)

This guide applies to Windows. For other deployment options, see the Installation Overview.

Introduction

This document describes IntelliBuddies®' AI Command Center upgrade installation steps.

Before upgrading

• Review the target release notes and component compatibility requirements.
• Record the installed version and retain the existing installer and configuration for recovery planning.
• For AI Command Center, back up its databases and configuration and retain the encryption key securely. Plan recovery of the application and database together.
• Schedule a maintenance window and stop affected automation jobs before upgrading.

Installation

Download Installer

If you have not yet downloaded the AI Command Center Windows Installable, please download it from your IntelliBuddies® Account Manager portal.

Once you log in to IntelliBuddies® Account Manager portal with your login credentials, go to the Downloads section and download the installable onto the system where you need to upgrade the AI Command Center.

Installation Steps

Step-1: Invoke Installer

• Run the Windows Installer (IntelliBuddies.Server.msi). The IntelliBuddies® AI Command Center Setup wizard will be displayed.
• Click on Next

Step-2: Upgrade

• The setup wizard will bring the Ready to Upgrade Intellibuddies AI Command Center. Click on Upgrade. The upgrade installation process starts, and the IntelliBuddies AI Command Center will be upgraded.

Verify the upgrade

Confirm that the expected version is installed. Open the upgraded application, verify sign-in and connection settings where applicable, and run a representative automation before resuming normal use. For AI Command Center, also verify that the website and license information are accessible.
