Activities Panel
Overview
The Activities Panel provides access to all workflow activities that can be used to build an agent workflow.
Activities are organized into functional categories, making it easy to browse and select the appropriate activity for your automation.
You can search for activities by name or browse the available categories before inserting them into the Designer Canvas.
Opening the Activities Panel
The Activities Panel can be opened in either of the following ways:
- Click the + button in the Designer Command Bar.
- Click the + button displayed on the output port of an activity in the Designer Canvas.
When opened from an activity's output port, the selected activity is automatically inserted and connected to that activity.
Browsing Activities
Activities are grouped into categories based on their functionality.
Expand a category to view the available activities.
Use the search box at the top of the panel to quickly locate a specific activity by name.
Adding an Activity
To add an activity to the workflow:
- Open the Activities Panel.
- Browse or search for the required activity.
- Select the activity.
The activity is inserted into the Designer Canvas.
If the Activities Panel was opened from the output port of another activity, the new activity is automatically connected to the existing execution path.
Otherwise, the activity is placed on the Designer Canvas, where it can be positioned and connected as required.

Activities are organized into categories such as AI, Logic, Data, Files, Integration, Communication, Productivity, and many others.
