System-Level Email Notifications

Overview

The Emails tab allows administrators to view and manage System-Level Email Notifications generated by the AI Command Center. These emails are used for platform administration and operational monitoring and are handled through an internal email queue.

The Emails tab is available only to users with the Administrator role.

How to access:   From the AI Command Center, open Settings (⚙️) and navigate to Additional → Emails.

Managing System Emails

The AI Command Center maintains an internal email queue to manage all outgoing system-level emails.

From the Emails tab, administrators can:

  • View emails that have been delivered, are pending, or have failed
  • Track delivery status and timestamps
  • Inspect email content for verification or troubleshooting

Emails are displayed as a list of entries. Each entry provides the same information and actions, regardless of how the list is visually presented.

note

Emails can be displayed using different views (for example, card or table). All views provide the same information and offer the same actions.

Viewing Email Details

In the Emails tab, all system-level emails generated by the AI Command Center are listed in chronological order.

To view the content of an email:

  • Select an email entry from the list

The email details view displays:

  • The complete email body
  • Associated message headers

This allows administrators to review the exact content sent by the system for verification or troubleshooting.

Scope of System-Level Email Notifications

System-Level Email Notifications are used for platform administration and operational monitoring. These notifications are not associated with any specific Agent or Agent execution.

They are typically sent to administrators or support users based on configured alert preferences. Common system-level events include:

  • User account creation, activation, or deactivation
  • Password resets and security-related events
  • Infrastructure or service availability changes (for example, Smart Station availability)
  • Other administrative or operational alerts

System-level email notifications are displayed and managed from the Emails tab.

note

System-level email notifications are different from Agent Execution Notifications.

System-level emails are generated for platform and administrative events and are managed from the Emails tab.

Agent Execution Notifications are generated during the execution of an Agent and are associated with a specific Agent run. These notifications can be viewed in the **execution history ** of the relevant Agent.

Understanding Email Delivery Status

Each email entry shows its current delivery status.

StatusDescription
SuccessThe email was successfully delivered to the recipient.
FailedEmail delivery failed and is scheduled for automatic retry.
Retry Limit ExceededThe maximum retry count has been reached, and the email will not be retried automatically.

Email Queue and Retry Behavior

All system-level emails are placed into a delivery queue.

Retry behavior is handled automatically by the platform:

  • Failed emails are retried every 10 minutes
  • The maximum retry attempts are controlled by Maximum Retry Count on Failure in SMTP Settings

Once the retry limit is exceeded, manual intervention is required to resend the email.

Resending Emails

Emails can be manually resent from the Emails tab when required.

Resending failed emails

To resend an email that failed delivery:

  • Select an email entry with a Failed or Retry Limit Exceeded status
  • Use the Send Now action

The selected email is immediately re-queued for delivery.

Resending a delivered email

Previously delivered emails can also be resent if needed.

To resend a delivered email:

  • Select an email entry with a Success status
  • Open the email details view
  • Use the Resend action

A new email is generated and sent using the same content.
