System-Level Email Notifications
Overview
Managing Emails
The AI Command Center maintains an internal email queue to manage all outgoing system-level emails.
To access this page:
- Log in to the AI Command Center
- Navigate to Administration → Emails
This page displays emails that have already been sent as well as those currently pending delivery.
Retry Interval and Retry Limit
Emails are queued within the AI Command Center for delivery.
- If an email fails to send, the system automatically retries delivery every 10 minutes.
- The maximum number of retry attempts is determined by the Maximum Retry Count on Failure setting configured under SMTP Settings.
Viewing Emails
- Login to the AI Command Center
- Click on Administration > Emails to navigate to Emails page
- You can view all the emails sent by the AI Command Center in order of oldest to recent
- By clicking on the To Address column of any email, it will bring up the email dialog showing the actual email body and the headers System-Level Email Notifications are used for platform administration and operational monitoring. These notifications are not associated with any specific process instance or workflow execution.
They are sent primarily to administrators or support users based on their configured alert preferences. Typical system-level events include:
- User account creation, activation, or deactivation
- Password resets and security-related events
- Infrastructure or service status changes (for example, Smart Station availability)
- Other administrative or operational alerts
System-Level Email Notifications are displayed and managed from the Administration → Emails page.
System-Level Email Notifications are distinct from Process Notifications, which are generated during workflow execution and appear in Inbox → Notifications or within individual process instances.
Email Statuses
Each email in the queue displays a delivery status.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Success | Email was successfully delivered to the recipient. |
| Failed | Email delivery failed. The system will retry sending the email based on the configured retry interval. |
| Retry Limit Exceeded | The maximum retry limit has been reached, and the email could not be delivered. |
Resending Failed Emails
To manually resend a failed email:
- Log in to the AI Command Center
- Navigate to Administration → Emails
- Select the email you want to resend
- Right-click and choose Send Now
The selected email is immediately queued for delivery.
