Features
Overview
The Features tab allows administrators to manage the availability of AI Command Center capabilities. It lists all supported features and allows them to be enabled or turned off based on the subscribed license.
The Features tab is available only to users with the Administrator role.
How to access: From the AI Command Center, open Settings (⚙️) and navigate to Subscriptions → Features.
Supported Features
The following features can be managed from the Features tab:

| Lists | A customizable data table with a user-defined schema used to store and manage custom automation data. |
| BPA Designer | A visual, web-based tool for designing business workflows involving Humans and Buddies. |
| Form Designer | Enables the creation of dynamic forms to exchange data between multiple stakeholders in business processes. |
| Secure Communication | Ensures encryption of sensitive data exchanged between the client and server. |
Activating a Feature
To activate a feature from the Features tab:
- Open the Features tab from Settings
- Locate the feature you want to enable
- Click Activate next to the feature
Once a feature is activated from the Features tab, its related pages and options become available across the AI Command Center interface.
Deactivating a Feature
To deactivate a feature from the Features tab:
- Open the Features tab from Settings
- Locate the feature you want to disable
- Click Deactivate
When a feature is deactivated from the Features tab, its related pages and functionality are hidden from the AI Command Center. All existing data remains intact and becomes available again if the feature is reactivated.
Secure Communication
The Secure Communication feature can be enabled or disabled from the Features tab.
When enabled:
- Sensitive data sent from the client is encrypted before transmission
- Sensitive data returned from the server is encrypted
- Communication between the client and server remains secure end-to-end
This feature enhances data protection and confidentiality across automation workflows.
