Control Room

What's New?

• Introducing Multitenancy feature as part of our Control Room. If you are upgrading from the previous version, then:
  • The current Control Room you are using would become the default tenant.
  • You should specify the tenant name as default when connecting to Control Room from the following client applications:
    • Process Designer
    • Smart Station
    • Assistant Buddy
    • IntelliTrainer
  • You can manage your Control Room Tenants from the Tenant Administration Page
• Introducing the clone feature for BPA Processes. You can now clone the published process into a new process.
• Introducing Email Server connection type. This new connection supports email server types **IMAP, POP3, **and Outlook.

Improvements

• The administrator user configured during installation can now expand their role by appending RPA/BPA Designer or Member roles.
• Extended the version number formatting of both BPA and RPA processes to be consistent.

Bug Fixes

• General stabilization of Change Flow feature.
• The Control Room Dashboard Header becomes blank or gets replaced with the BPA process header.
• Unable to edit the list data or schema even after the list was shared with a user with default viewer and editor permissions.
• The status of all the tasks is set to Suspended if one of the task associated with the same process instance was suspended.
• Fixed issues with pagination inside the Activities tab under Process Instances page inside Control Room.
• Fixed alignment and scroll-related issues inside Applications Page.
• Incomplete validations while creating Enterprise Variables, Connections, BPA process and Users.
• The Run Now option on the email trigger executes even when the trigger itself is disabled.

BPA Designer

Bug Fixes

• Downloading a BPA process is shipping all the global email templates even though the process is not using any of those templates.

Form Designer

Bug Fixes

• Changes to the imported form fields are not reflected inside the activities referencing those form fields.
• Issue with form control property binding for Survey fields with data sources such as MSSQL, Oracle, and Lists
• Select component inside IntelliForm is not listing the drop-down values when the form is loaded by a Start Task activity.
• General stabilization of binding the form with datasource feature.

Process Designer

Bug Fixes

• Process Designer is unresponsive when opening a process utilizing list activities and if the corresponding list does not exist inside Control Room.
• Renaming a file/folder/workflow with any unsupported characters within the Project Explorer should throw an error and should not rename the resource.
• The references to the workflow added within a folder are not updated when the workflow is renamed.

Assistant Buddy

Bug Fixes

• The Processes Tab is not refreshed when switching between user accounts.

Smart Buddy

Bug Fixes

• Unable to register a Smart Buddy once the associated Smart Station was deleted and re-created.

BPA Activities

What's New?

• Introducing Http Request activity under Web Automation category. Users can now execute HTTP calls to a designated web application inside a BPA process.

Bug Fixes

• Expression was not cleared when transitioning from Liquid to the default expression type inside BPA Activities.

RPA Activities

What's New?

• Introducing Download Process Instance Attachments activity under Control Room category. Buddies can now download attachments uploaded to a specific BPA Process instance.
• Introducing Mark IMAP Mail Message As Read Unread activity under the Email category.
• Introducing Mark Outlook Mail Message As Read Unread activity under the Email category.
• Introducing Move Outlook Mail Message activity under the Email category.
• Introducing Mark Outlook Mail Message as Read/Unread under Office 365 category.
• Introducing Move Outlook Mail Message activity under the Office 365 category. This activity can move a mail message to a specific folder.

Improvements

• The Write Range activity under Excel category is now enhanced to support setting of formulas to cell range.

Bug Fixes

• Issue executing the Format Excel Cells activity on an empty cell as it throws an object reference error.
• Despite selecting different columns, the Insert List Item activity within the Control Room category continues to display previously entered values.
• Validation issues with Word activities.
• Improper error message appears when Invoke RPA Process activity is executed with empty process name.
