Introduction

Process Designer is the core component of IntelliBuddies. You can digitize your Processes using Process Designer. Process Designer provides a development framework to build simple and complex automation solutions. You can automate your existing business processes, integrate with your existing third-party applications, and optimizing your processes to take them to the next level of automation using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.

Process Designer utilizes Activities to build extensive workflows. These workflows are then published to Control Room and delivered to Buddies for execution.

Editions and Deployment​

IntelliBuddies supports two editions of Process Designer: Enterprise and Professional

Enterprise​

The Enterprise edition of Process Designer comes with all the features to support integration with Control Room. The Enterprise edition can share the digitized processes to Organization users by publishing it to Control Room. You can build a Process by utilizing shared resources such as:

Further, it utilizes floating user licensing to provide more flexibility in managing the licenses within an organization.

Deployment​

You can deploy the Enterprise edition of Process Designer either using online Web Installer or offline by downloading and installing IntelliBuddies Client Tools installer.

You can then enable the Process Designer license by Activating a license inside Control Room.

Professional​

The Professional edition of Process Designer is a desktop version. This edition of Process Designer does not connect with Control Room to validate the license; instead, it is node-locked and restricts it to be used only on the deployed system. The Process digitized using Professional edition can be exported as a Process Package into the local file system. The Professional edition of Assistant Buddy can then import the Process Package to run the Process.

Deployment​

You can deploy the Professional edition of Process Designer either using online Web Installer or offline by downloading and installing IntelliBuddies Professional installer.

You can then enable the Process Designer license by Activating License.
